The staff was indeed friendly and helpful. The hotel offered a nice breakfast area where guests can enjoy meals or bring personal food. The location was good, easily accessible via tram, bus and metro. The tram and metro near the hotel made trips to the busier parts of the city easy!
The room was not cleaned very well. I worry what insects might have shared my bed, because I ended up with several bites. Not mosquito bites though.

the hotel was very clean . the room provided adequate space for luggage and movement. i found the staff to be particularly helpful with directions and local tips. the location was excellent, close to public transportation options like the tram and train line.
the walls seemed a bit thin, so i occasionally heard noise from neighboring rooms.

the staff members were very friendly! they promptly addressed my inquiries and provided helpful assistance. housekeeping refreshed the sheets and towels twice during my short stay. early check-in was possible when i asked to leave my luggage.

the location is quite convenient. the metro station is a short walk away and the city center is reachable within 20 minutes by foot.. the room itself was adequately sized for two people. closet space was somewhat limited due to the ironing board, but overall, the room was acceptable.
i found the room to be quite noisy since it was located on the ground floor. there was also very little space in the wardrobe, only four hangers were provided. the shower was small and it was easy to bump into the fixtures.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They allowed luggage storage after the standard 11 AM checkout, convenient for enjoying my last hours in the city. The location offers easy access to transportation with trams and the metro close by.
The lack of an air conditioning system in the room was an issue. This made the room quite uncomfortable, especially during warmer periods.

the location was great for getting around. trams were so close. the staff were very friendly and they helped me with directions. i also think my room was very clean and neat when i arrived. the bed was comfy, too.
climbing the narrow stairs with my suitcase was hard. sound proofing in the room wasnt that good. i could hear street noises all night.
